How we find jobs

CareerYard reads public job listings from company career pages and the public job-board feeds of hiring systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday. Our crawler identifies itself as CareerYardBot/1.0 (+https://careeryard.co/bot).

How the crawler behaves

• It only reads public job listings; it never logs in or submits applications.
• It respects robots.txt and rate-limits itself per website.
• It checks whether a page changed before downloading it again, and backs off when nothing changes.
• Every listing links back to the employer's own posting, where candidates apply.

Opting out or corrections

If you run a careers site and want us to stop crawling it, or a listing is wrong, email bot@careeryard.co and we'll act within two business days. You can also block CareerYardBot in your robots.txt.
