Refund policy

If CareerYard isn't right for you, email hello@careeryard.co within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies to the first payment of any plan, including Lifetime.

Renewals of weekly and monthly plans aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time from Settings so you're not charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

If you live in the UK or EEA, you also have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract. Because you get access immediately, you agree when you subscribe that this right ends once the service has been fully provided; our 7-day refund above still applies.
