By creating an account or using CareerYard you agree to these terms.

The service

CareerYard collects publicly posted job listings from company career pages and hiring systems, adds information such as pay estimates, visa signals and whether a role appears on other job boards, and provides tools to tailor resumes and track applications. Listings belong to the companies that posted them; you always apply on the company's own site. We don't guarantee that any listing is still open, accurate or complete, and signals such as "Not on LinkedIn" and pay estimates are our best assessment, not promises.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of what you put on your resume. Don't use CareerYard to submit false information to employers, to scrape our site, or to resell our data.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are sold by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time payment for job access for as long as CareerYard operates, and includes AI resume tools for one year. Fair-use limits on AI features are shown in the app. See our refund policy.

AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong. Review every change before you use a tailored resume. You're responsible for what you submit to employers.

Liability

CareerYard is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
