Where do the jobs come from?
Straight from companies' own career pages and the hiring systems behind them, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday. You always apply on the company's site. We list every company we watch and when we last checked it.
How fresh are the listings?
Popular companies are checked every two hours, others every few hours to once a day. When a job closes on the company's site, it disappears here too.
How do you know a job isn't on LinkedIn?
We search for the exact role and company on LinkedIn through a search engine and show the result with the date we checked. It's a strong signal, not a guarantee, and we label it that way.
Where do salary numbers come from?
If the posting lists pay, we show it as posted. If not, we estimate from US Department of Labor wage filings, Bureau of Labor Statistics data and ranges posted by similar employers, and mark it as an estimate.
I need visa sponsorship. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us where you need sponsorship and we'll hide roles that say they can't sponsor, and show each employer's sponsorship history for the US, UK and Netherlands.
Will the AI make things up on my resume?
No. It only rewords and reorders what's already in your resume or profile. Anything new it suggests must point to something you wrote, and you approve every change.
What do you do with my email?
Only hiring emails are processed. We keep the stage, date and company, not the message itself. You can disconnect and delete everything from settings.
Which countries do you cover?
32 countries: the US and Canada; the UK, Ireland and most of Western Europe and the Nordics; the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel; Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand; and Brazil and Mexico. Remote roles open to those regions are included too.
